Are you passionate about cybersecurity, infrastructure reliability, and maintaining the smooth operation of technical environments? We're looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to perform a hands-on role across the end-to-end IT infrastructure lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Administer FortiGate Firewall & Microsoft Active Directory
n
Deliver network security-focused projects, including SD-WAN, VPNs, networks, and firewall/security tools implementations, EDR/SEIM, etc
n
Deliver Internal Server infrastructure projects, supporting systems that underpin team productivity and operational efficiency.
n
Network support and troubleshooting, as well as capacity planning and monitoring
n
Manage BAU operations alongside project delivery, including upgrades and migrations
n
Implement security solutions and disaster recovery procedures
n




Monitor server performance, apply updates/patches, and manage software deployments
n
Support user accounts, permissions, and application installations
n
Collaborate with helpdesk and cross-functional teams
n
Manage support calls and assist with after-hours support as and when needed
n
Provide continuous operations of environments under your control 24x7 or business hours, depending upon the services.

Candidate Profile
n
n
Degree in IT or certifications (MCSA, CompTIA)
n
4 years of experience in supporting Microsoft core Infrastructure services and end-user support with hands-on experience in hybrid networking
n
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, and group policy management
n
Hands-on experience with Exchange Online 365, Hybrid setup
n
Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewall and IPSEC VPN
n
Basic understanding of cybersecurity, backups & tape libraries
n
Understanding of ISO***** or NIST Cybersecurity Frameworks
n
Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business.
