Job Description
Westpac Group's BankSA branch in Mount Barker seeks a Customer Service Specialist to engage customers in-person and by phone, uncover financial needs, and coach digital banking use. You will refer to Home Loans and Business Banking, while pursuing sales and referral targets with exceptional service.

The role is full time and branch-based, with a schedule across Mon, Wed, Tue/Thu/Fri shifts. Banking experience is helpful but training is provided.
