The Role
n
As a Business Development Manager, you'll partner with SME business owners (5–50 employees), helping them understand the value of outsourced HR and Health & Safety solutions. This is a consultative, value-driven sales role where building relationships and truly understanding client needs will be the key to your success.

What You'll Be Doing
n




Engaging with SME business owners to present tailored HR & H&S; solutions.
n
Building referral networks and developing strong introducer relationships.
n
Driving current business opportunities through a mix of field-based activity and CRM management (Salesforce).
n
Hitting and exceeding sales targets while contributing to the success of your regional team.
n
About You
n
A proven sales professional with 2+ years in a B2B field-based role.
n
Experience in solution-based or consultative selling.
n
Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to exceed targets.
n
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help businesses grow.
n
Industry background is not essential — transferable B2B sales experience is valued.
n
