About the Role
As the
Operations Manager
, you'll take ownership of all operational functions within this busy flagship store. Working closely with the Store Manager and leadership team, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, oversee inventory management, optimise stock flow and maintain exceptional back-of-house standards.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll coach your team, drive operational efficiencies and play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience through strong execution behind the scenes.

What You'll Bring
Previous leadership experience in retail operations, inventory or stock management, ideally within fashion or specialty retail
Experience working in a quick-paced, high-volume retail environment
Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock flow and back-of-house operations
A commercial mindset with the ability to analyse reports and drive operational performance
Passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
The ability to support outstanding visual merchandising through effective stock availability and operational execution
