Job Description
Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Senior Case Manager for its Dispute Resolution Team in Australia. You will support Dispute Resolution Officers with conciliation before and after conferences, liaising with injured workers, employers, and the WIC to progress settlements and outcomes.

The role requires solid time management and communication skills, knowledge of Victoria's workers compensation system, and tertiary or industry qualifications.
