Job Description
EVT Limited, owner of QT Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Casual Sommelier for Gowings in Sydney. You will bring the venue's wine philosophy to life, collaborating with the Head Sommelier and Venue Manager, and supporting day-to-day operations and staffing with professionalism and flair.

You should have proven sommelier experience in hospitality, robust wine knowledge, and the ability to engage guests while upselling beverages. Flexibility to support multiple hotel outlets is essential.
