Job Description
Litchfield Council is seeking an experienced HR and WHS Program Leader who can remain calm under pressure and deliver transparent, defensible advice to senior leaders. You will guide managers through sensitive people matters, workers' compensation, performance management, change, restructures and EBA negotiations, while strengthening governance, privacy and risk practices across the organisation.
