A market leading Western suburbs office is seeking an experienced, energetic and results focused Team Manager to be part of a leading and dynamic sales team.

Relevant, real estate and role experience will be highly regarded, but not essential.
n
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, an ability to work to deadlines and manage staff and client expectations.

Job Tasks and responsibilities
n
As a Team Manager, you will have a dynamic role assisting and driving a highly successful agent and their team which includes:
n
Client liaison and campaign management end to end
n
Team work flow and task management
n
Preparation of materials for auctions/open homes/private inspections
n
Administration and admin support
n
Manage a 3-4 person team, holding them accountable to goals and budgets
n
