This role is a 12 Month FTC opportunity to join a well-established national organisation with a significant workforce and a stable, experienced finance function.

Working alongside a highly regarded Payroll Manager and supportive team, you'll be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing across a large employee base using Chris21. Responsibilities
n
n
Processing end-to-end payroll for a large national workforce
n
Ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time in accordance with relevant legislation and awards
n
Managing payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
n
Processing current starters, terminations, leave and payroll adjustments
n
Reconciling payroll data and assisting with reporting requirements
n
Maintaining accurate employee records within Chris21
n
Supporting payroll compliance, audits and continuous process improvements
n
Working collaboratively with HR, Finance and operational stakeholders across the business
n

Candidate Profile
n
We're looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace.
n
You'll have previous experience processing end-to-end payroll for a large workforce and be confident managing complex payroll requirements with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.
n
Experience using Chris21 is highly regarded and will allow you to hit the ground running.
n
You'll be organised, proactive and able to build positive working relationships across the business. Just as importantly, you'll enjoy being part of a supportive team where everyone works together to achieve shared outcomes.
