We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead and optimise our logistics and transportation operations in Brisbane. This role is ideal for a practical leader who enjoys being on the floor and driving safe, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily logistics and transportation operations.
n
Lead, coach, and support drivers and warehouse staff.
n
Actively participate in hands-on operational tasks as required.
n
Manage fleet operations, scheduling, and route optimisation.
n
Ensure compliance with WHS, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and company policies.
n
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
n
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
n
Manage inventory flow, loading/unloading, and yard operations.
n
Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or operations management.
n
Valid Forklift Licence (LF) – mandatory.
n
Hands-on approach and willingness to work on the floor.
n
Robust understanding of transport regulations and safety standards.
n
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
