You'll be joining Uniting's Early Learning directorate – a purpose-led team working across Victoria and Tasmania to shape better futures for children and families. Your skills and experience
You'll be right at home at Uniting if you're passionate about providing high-quality early learning experiences and share our belief that children's safety, wellbeing and development should always come first.
You'll bring with you:
Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority).
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
Current Employee Working with Children Check / Working with Vulnerable Persons Check (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to lead the provision of a developmentally appropriate program for the children, in partnership with other educators, families and children
An ability to plan, reflect, work and manage time effectively with minimal supervision
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the National Law and Regulations
Experience in a leadership role




Ability to learn and understand early childhood development theories
