Due to growth within our Community division we are seeking motivated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team across Adelaide's Southern and Western Suburbs.
Locations include:
Western suburbs:
Port Adelaide, Henley Beach, Woodville, Mile End, Glenelg, Edwardstown, Somerton Park, Mitcham and surrounding suburbs.
What you'll do:




Provide personalised support to older individuals in accordance with their unique needs and preferences.
Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, domestic tasks and activity support.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and community engagement.
Follow and contribute to the customer's care plan.
Maintain and ensure completion of documentation, while maintaining confidentiality.
About You!
You are a talented and passionate Support Worker. You want to make the most of your expertise, do what you do best and thrive on the challenge of providing our customers with quality care. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
A passion for supporting choice and independence.
High level customer service experience.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team to support the well-being of customers.
Willingness to travel between customers' homes and attend site
