Techforce is partnering with a well-established organization delivering major projects across Australia.

We are recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to support the commercial and contract administration function on a major resources project. This is a hands-on role covering subcontractor progress claims, variations, EOTs, contractual correspondence and commercial reporting, suited to someone with construction, mining or infrastructure experience.

Location: WA - Perth (CBD) - Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects.
n
Administer contracts and subcontract agreements.
n
Manage variations, claims, notices and contractual correspondence.
n
Monitor project costs, commitments and commercial performance.
n
Support procurement and subcontractor negotiations.
n
Review contractual obligations and ensure compliance.
n
Identify and manage commercial risks.
n
Work with project and construction teams to resolve commercial issues.
n
Prepare commercial reports and forecasts.
n
Support project budgeting and cost control.
n




Manage contractual interfaces between clients, contractors and subcontractors.
n
Assist with dispute avoidance and resolution.
n
Provide commercial advice to project leadership.
n

Skills & Experience Required
n
n
Previous experience in commercial administration or project administration.
n
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
n
Exposure to construction, mining or infrastructure projects preferred.
n
Understanding of purchase orders and invoice processing.
n
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.
n
