Skretting Australia (Gibson's Limited) Cambridge site is seeking a Shift Leader to drive production and safety on a full time basis. You will lead from the front, support your team, and keep operations running smoothly and safely.
The role splits 50% on leading, coordinating, planning and developing the team, and 50% working alongside them to maintain workflow, respond to issues, and uphold standards. A forklift licence is preferred and you will coach employees toward future leaders.
