The role requires someone who can confidently collaborate with frontend/backend engineers, and understand the broader system architecture, without being responsible for designing or owning backend solutions.

Candidate Profile

Senior-level mobile engineering experience with strong delivery capability.
n
Ability to work independently within an established squad structure.
n
Native Android development using Kotlin (Java also relevant).
n
Solid experience building and maintaining mobile apps.
n
Knowledge of dynamic UX components (beyond static API-driven design).
n
Problem-solving initiative - able to work through blockers and deliver outcomes independently.
n
Experience in frequent release environments
n
Candidates should demonstrate strong engineering fundamentals, particularly around performance, scalability and security.
n
The role offers the opportunity to work on a new, highly visible product experience rather than BAU maintenance.
n




Prior experience in AI-related mobile applications or exposure to multi-agent systems is a nice to have.

Desired Skills and Experience

We're looking for strong Kotlin/Android engineers with experience delivering scalable, secure, customer-facing mobile applications in agile environments. Banking or FinTech experience is beneficial but not essential.
