Job Description
Baillie Hill is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee beverage operations across two venues and three bars in East Victoria Park, with a fourth bar planned for the summer.

This hands‐on leadership role requires structure, solid commercial management, stock control, menu development and team training in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Join a multi‐venue precinct and take ownership of bar operations, contributing to the growth of the beverage program and guest experience.
