We are partnering with a growing and well-supported real estate business seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team. This is a predominantly office-based position with excellent support structures in place, allowing you to focus on delivering a high level of service to your landlords and tenants.

The Role
n
As Senior Property Manager, you will take ownership of your portfolio while benefiting from dedicated support across administration and out-of-office duties.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n

Managing a residential property portfolio
n
Building robust relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
n
Coordinating maintenance and ensuring matters are followed through
efficientlyHandling
escalated or more complex property management matters
n
Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate portfolio records
n
Working closely with administration and support staff
n
Providing a high level of communication and customer service
n
n
You will have support with:

Property management administration

Routine and day-to-day support

The position is predominantly office based, making it ideal for someone who enjoys managing their portfolio from the office while having support around them.

About You
n
n
Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
n
Strong knowledge of Queensland property management legislation
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Confidence handling more complex property management matters
n
Strong organisation and attention to detail
n
A current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence
n
A positive, team-focused approach
n
