The Opportunity
n
We are looking for a results-driven,



customer-focused Business Manager who knows how to turn opportunities into results.
n
You will work closely with the Sales Team to maximise every opportunity, provide customers with exceptional finance and insurance solutions, and deliver an outstanding experience from enquiry through to delivery.
n
This is a role for someone who is commercially driven, competitive and motivated to earn, but who also understands that long-term success comes from building trust with customers and the team.
n
We are looking for someone who has:
n

Proven experience and success as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Business Manager
n
A strong sales and results-driven mindset
n
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
n
Strong attention to detail, process and compliance
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
The confidence to work closely with Sales Consultants and drive finance penetration
n
A positive, team-focused attitude
n
Experience with ERA, FinanceConnect & LeadDriver is advantageous, but not essential.
n

Your role
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
Maximising finance, insurance and warranty opportunities
n
Working closely with the Sales Team to close sales
n
Managing customer finance applications from enquiry through to settlement
n
Building strong customer relationships and delivering an exceptional buying experience
n
Achieving and exceeding Finance & Insurance KPIs
n
Maintaining high standards of compliance and documentation
n
Contributing to a high-performance, positive team culture
