The 75-seat venue combines a casual bar area, intimate restaurant, and private function spaces, with an established modest food turnover with aims to grow.
You'll have the autonomy to develop the menu, refine the offering, and build a kitchen culture that reflects your standards - whether that's pursuing a hat or maintaining quality without the accolades pressure.
The front-of-house team is strong and knowledgeable, and you'll report directly to the partners.
