Overview of Services
The Lead Sitecore Developer will be responsible for:
Providing technical leadership and architecture guidance for the Sitecore migration program.
Assessing and defining the target-state architecture for Sitecore AI/XM Cloud.
Designing, developing and implementing the migration approach.
Leading and mentoring internal development team throughout the transition.
Establishing development standards, patterns and best practices.
Supporting planning, estimation, risk identification and technical decision-making.
Supporting Applications
The resource will also be required to assess and recommend migration, consolidation or replacement strategies for associated platforms including:
SearchStax
Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions
PHP-based applications and websites




Other Sitecore-integrated components identified during discovery
Deliverables
The Lead Sitecore Developer will provide architecture leadership, technical oversight, hands-on development and mentoring to support delivery of the migration.

Sitecore XP and XM Cloud experience
Sitecore AI experience
Azure DevOps experience
Headless architecture experience
Sitecore Content Hub or DAM experience
Experience leading enterprise CMS migrations
Experience mentoring development teams
