As part of its growing kitchen team, Bayti is seeking Cooks who are passionate about food, maintain high standards of preparation and presentation, and can contribute to a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.
Locations: 45 Macquarie St, Parramatta NSW ****, Australia Salary: $78,000 - $83,000 AUD Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Lebanese and Middle Eastern dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
Ensure all food is prepared, cooked,



and presented to a consistently high standard.
Maintain food quality, freshness, portion control, and presentation.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.
Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, storage, and kitchen organisation.
Monitor food supplies and minimise food wastage.
Work efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team to meet service requirements.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
Assist with menu preparation and contribute to maintaining consistent kitchen standards.
Skills Experience At least 1–3 years of relevant work experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support overall kitchen operations.
