About Us V21 Barber Pty Ltd is a professional Melbourne barber business providing quality men's haircuts, fades, beard grooming and contemporary styling.
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Barber/Hairdresser to join our team on a full-time basis.
As part of the role, the successful applicant will also be required to visit aged care facilities to provide haircutting and grooming services to elderly clients.
Applications are welcome from suitably qualified Australian and overseas candidates.
Key Responsibilities Provide men's haircuts, skin fades, tapers, clipper and scissor cuts.
Perform beard trimming, shaping, razor services and other grooming services.
Visit aged care facilities as required to provide professional haircutting and grooming services to elderly clients.
Provide services to aged care residents in a patient, considerate, respectful and compassionate manner, taking into account individual mobility, communication and personal care needs.
Consult with clients and provide appropriate styling advice.
Maintain excellent customer service and build robust client relationships.
Maintain clean and hygienic workstations, tools and equipment.
Manage appointments and walk-in clients efficiently.
Comply with workplace health, safety and hygiene requirements.




Work professionally and cooperatively as part of the V21 Barber team.
Skills Experience Applicants should have: A recognised qualification in Barbering or Hairdressing.
Minimum 2 years' relevant barbering/hairdressing experience.
Strong skills in fades, modern men's cuts, beard shaping and razor techniques.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work respectfully and patiently with elderly and aged care clients.
A caring, considerate and professional approach when assisting clients who may require additional time or support.
Strong attention to detail and professional presentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to aged care facilities as required.
