videography and marketing appointments Conducting open homes and private inspections Managing buyer enquiries and completing consistent follow-up Prospecting and building relationships with local homeowners Maintaining regular communication with buyers and vendors Managing and nurturing relationships within the sales database Assisting with campaign preparation and new listings Building your presence and network within the local marketplace About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: A minimum of 12 months' real estate experience Previous residential sales experience A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence dealing with buyers, vendors and prospective clients Excellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-up A proactive, motivated approach with the drive to succeed The ability to professionally represent a high-performing sales team This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Sales Associate who wants to learn from one of the best, work within a premium marketplace and build a highly successful career in residential sales.
