We're ideally looking for candidates with previous machine operating experience.
However, experience isn't everything .

The Role You'll be working in a busy production environment, operating machinery and supporting the wider team to keep production running safely and efficiently.
The roster is a rotating weekly roster: Week 1: Monday to Friday, 4:00am – 4:00pm Week 2: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm – 4:00am Rotating between AM and PM week Overtime opportunities available every week with occasional Saturdays as production volumes increase.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with machinery, solving problems and being part of a productive team.
What We're Looking For Experience is highly regarded, but we're also happy to train the right person.
You'll ideally have: Previous machine operating, manufacturing,



production or industrial experience Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in how machinery works A positive attitude and willingness to learn A strong work ethic and reliable approach to attendance The ability to follow procedures and work safely Good attention to detail The ability to work independently and as part of a team A willingness to work the rotating AM/PM roster Flexibility to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when required Forklift and maintance oppourtunites also availble as part of these roles if you have the skills.
