ABOUT THE ORGANISATION A Specialist Finance organisation requires a Banking Lending Associate with a flair for Client Relations to join their Financial Services team.
ABOUT THE ROLE Ensuring superior levels of service to our specialist clients with a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism.
Maintaining a high benchmark in service delivery by phone and email to new and legacy clients Strong knowledge of banking and lending practices with a focus on compliance, regulation and internal procedures.
Sound knowledge of Lending process not limited to processing drawdowns, settlements, rate adjustments and loan management Develop a strong level of product knowledge for all products and services with the ability to articulate your knowledge to Clients.
Preparation and processing of corporate cards, merchant facilities and bank guarantee applications for assessment by the approving manager.
Quality Control and management of client registers,



internal databases and investor data.
Typical functions include Processing withdrawals/deposits, Opening/Closing Loans, setup of sweep accounts and Payment Investigations Vigilance across AML and KYC risks – requiring solid Attention to Detail with a focus of the role being alertness to potential frauds ABOUT YOU Banking Lending experience in a client focused and service position involving both Retail and Business Organisations.
Excellent Client Relationship skills including the personality address sensitive issues and relationships with tact and care Sound knowledge of the financial services industry with enthusiasm to learn about regulatory and compliance landscape Ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change with a willingness to work in a cohesive team environment
