Monadelphous is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our Mining & Minerals North operations in Cape Lambert.
This role supports our administrative function on our major Marine Structural Integrity project, either locally or FIFO from Perth to Karratha on an 8:6 roster.
You will see yourself working collaboratively with our other site based project administrators and operations team to ensure our works are running smoothly from an admin, mobilisation and payroll perspective.
Ideally you are passionate about customer service, take pride in your organisational skills and can foster communication between our site teams and the rostering team.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning of mobilisations and demobilisations of site personnel
Liaising between the client and company to ensure all personnel are compliant for site
Managing and maintaining documentation including timesheets, procurement and HSE files
Upholding communication between Perth and site-based offices
Acting as a point of contact for a high volume of personnel
What you'll bring:
Minimum of 1 year experience within administration, preferably within the mining and resources sector
Experience with ERMS, CMS, Success Factors, Pegasus, AMEX and Workflow and other client portals will be advantageous
Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite and Excel
Excellent time management skills and your flexibility to adapt to changing priorities




Ability to work closely with site representatives and workforce management team to offer a seamless mobilisation process to our employees
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
