About the Role Provide direct support to young people, guide staff, and ensure therapeutic care, safety, and compliance.
This role includes 36 hours face-to-face support plus 2 hours administration weekly.

What You'll Be Doing: • Deliver trauma-informed care aligned to case and behaviour plans • Oversee household operations including budgets, audits, and WHS • Lead and coach Therapeutic Youth Workers to model best practice • Support culturally secure care and connection to community and culture • Ensure compliance with PSP, OCG standards, and governance frameworks ? What You'll Bring: • Diploma in Community Services (or related field)
