About the role: We are currently seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our client's growing team in a full-time or part-time capacity , with contractor opportunities also available.
This is a community-based NDIS role where you'll work with a diverse caseload ranging from paediatric through to seniors .
You'll have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with participants, their families and support networks while delivering high-quality, evidence-based positive behaviour support.
You'll be supported with a managed caseload, structured onboarding, regular discipline-specific supervision and ongoing mentoring , allowing you to build confidence and establish a sustainable caseload.
