About the role Coordinate the operational delivery, compliance and quality of a Child Family Services cohort.
Support referrals, workforce coordination, case management, therapeutic practice, audits and reporting—enabling teams to deliver protected, child-centred outcomes.

therapeutic actions and key case activities Support recruitment, onboarding, probity and workforce planning Coordinate audits, quality assurance, evidence and compliance actions Track incidents, safeguarding, risks, data and improvement actions Skills Experience Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent OOHC experience Apply knowledge of NSW PSP, child protection and OCG frameworks Demonstrate strong coordination, reporting and data skills Build effective relationships across Operations, Practice and external stakeholders Hold a current Driver Licence, WWCC and National Criminal History Check About us Join a values-led organisation committed to safe, therapeutic and child-centred care.
