The key objective is to empower our Specialised Carers to operationalise the HammondCare Principles of Care.This is a permanent part-time role 3 days per week (22.8 hours) based at Horsle y.What you will be doingWork cooperatively with Residential team, Educators, Learning team, Hammond Innovations, Quality Governance and Risk, and other support and care units to identify learning and development needsPromote and assist in the implementation of a case management approach by the Care TeamWork with local Learning Team colleagues to plan Training schedules which meet Learner and service needsDelivery of Learning activities in a range of formats this will include face to face, individual and group training,
