Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Internal Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and securing top talent across their business.

As the Internal Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner closely with leaders across the business to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for a diverse range of roles.
You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring process that supports our growth objectives The role: Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple business divisions and locations nationally.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Proactively build and maintain talent pools for current and future workforce needs.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management.
Arrange pre-employment medicals, onboarding documentation and starter packs.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.




Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to support continuous improvement.
Promote and strengthen the employer brand across various channels.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and broader talent initiatives What we're looking for: Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR or similar Previous experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Experience sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels and platforms Proficient with word, excel and Outlook Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
