BlueCare is seeking a Senior Personal Carer in Bundaberg to conduct client intake and screen assessments, then develop and review client-centred care plans.
You will spend time on the road visiting clients in their homes, supporting daily living, transport and social activities.
Manage client data in CRM/CMS and participate in ongoing care planning with the team.
Required qualifications include Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent, and a current Australian driver's licence with a roadworthy
