Breakfast Cook x 2 Breakfast Cook (Casual) – Key Responsibilities Prepare and organise mise en place to support smooth kitchen operations Assist with food preparation across all service periods Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation Keep your work area clean, organised and hygienic Follow food safety standards and support stock rotation practices Receive, check, and store deliveries in line with procedures Support the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service Qualifications Breakfast Cook (Casual) – Skills Qualifications Food Handling Certificate essential, or willingness to obtain one Previous experience in a commercial kitchen preferred, although entry-level applicants will be considered Basic knife skills and the ability to prepare ingredients safely and efficiently Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures Ability to remain organised and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable,
