The Role
We are seeking experienced
Shift Supervisors / Duty Managers
to join our team at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.
Sandgate.
This hands-on leadership role will support daily operations, lead service teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume full table service environment.
You'll help build an energetic team culture, maintain service standards, and play a key role in the successful launch of this exciting new venue.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Support daily front-of-house operations and shift coordination
Coach, mentor,



and develop team members
Maintain high service, presentation, and operational standards
Resolve guest concerns professionally and confidently
Work closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams
Support training, compliance, cleanliness, and venue standards
About You
Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Positive, hands-on team player who leads by example
Confident in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Highly organised with solid multitasking abilities
Committed to delivering exceptional service standards
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
Experience in full table service environments
Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
Strong customer service and team leadership skills
Full Australian working rights
Highly Desirable:
Experience in themed or entertainment-focused venues
First Aid or training qualifications
