People Services Coordinator Brisbane Make an impact with our People Team!
We're looking for a People Services Coordinator to join our People Services team and deliver responsive, people-focused support across the employee lifecycle.
Reporting to the People Services Programs Advisor, you'll work closely with employees, leaders and the broader People Team to deliver a seamless employee experience and keep things moving.
What you'll do Support onboarding, employment changes and employee lifecycle processes.
Provide responsive support to employees and leaders, resolving enquiries and escalating complex matters when needed.
Coordinate work rights, visa and compliance requirements, including VEVO checks.
Maintain accurate employee and HRIS records and support system improvements.
Partner with Payroll, Recruitment and the broader People Team to resolve issues and deliver excellent outcomes.
Support key People initiatives, including Capability Career Conversations and the SDE Awards.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and the employee experience.
