Ideally, you'll have: Previous Residential BDM experience , although strong sales experience will also be considered Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate Current Australian driver's licence Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities A professional presentation Strong work ethic and self-motivation Confidence to proactively prospect and generate new business A genuine desire to develop your career The ability to fit into and contribute to a fun, positive team culture Most importantly, we're looking for someone who believes in what they're selling, takes ownership of their results and wants to grow with the business .
