Key responsibilities include: Supervising and developing maintenance trades personnel Managing planned and reactive maintenance activities Driving safety,



quality and continuous improvement initiatives Coordinating resources to minimise downtime Working closely with Production and Operations teams Supporting preventative maintenance programs and shutdowns Utilising CMMS systems to manage maintenance activities About You Mechanical Trade Qualification preferred Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Leading Hand or Team Leader Background within food manufacturing, meat processing, FMCG or industrial environments Strong leadership and communication skills Experience managing preventative and breakdown maintenance Positive, hands-on leadership style with a focus on team engagement This site employs over 1,500 people and operates one of Queensland's largest processing facilities, supported by a maintenance team of more than 70 trades professionals.
