Manufacturing and Production Horsley Park, Sydney, Australia Production Line Workers Labourpower Recruitmenet Services Shifts Available (Monday-Friday) Day: 6:00am – 2:00pm Afternoon: 2:00pm – 10:00pm Night: 10:00pm – 6:00am Must be available 5 days Monday-Friday Production Line Worker We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Line Workers working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing liquid home-care, cleaning and personal-care products.
Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production and filling line equipment.
Feed empty bottles and packaging materials onto production lines.
Monitor bottles as they move through the filling, capping and labelling processes.
Check product levels, caps, labels and packaging for quality and accuracy.
Pack finished products into cartons and boxes.
Palletise finished products ready for warehouse storage.
Perform manual handling, lifting and repetitive production tasks.
Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
Remove damaged, incorrectly labelled or defective products from the line.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe production area.
Follow production schedules, work instructions and company procedures.
Follow all WHS, PPE and chemical-handling requirements.
Assist with changeovers, line cleaning and general production duties.




Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
Physical Requirements Able to stand for extended periods.
Comfortable performing repetitive production-line work.
Able to lift and move cartons and materials as required.
Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Skills Experience Previous production, manufacturing, bottling, packing or warehouse experience is highly regarded.
Experience working on a production line is advantageous.
Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Comfortable working around liquid products, machinery and manufacturing equipment.
