Rheem Manufacturing Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a call centre role in NSW. You will be the first point of contact, handling customer inquiries by phone and email from the Rydalmere site, with hybrid work options between home and the Rydalmere office.
You will determine customer needs, provide quotes for installations, schedule service calls, and coordinate with planning and internal teams while upholding company policies and delivering outstanding service.
