Aboutthe role
As a Domestic team member, you will:
Perform food handling duties in line with FoodSafehygiene standards
Assist with meal service,



drinks and snacks whilesupporting resident choice
Maintain high standards of cleanliness across thefacility
Complete cleaning schedules and documentation
Manage laundry duties, including collecting, washing,folding and returning linen
Ensure workspaces and equipment are clean, safe andwell maintained
Communicate effectively with residents and teams
Contribute to a safe environment by reporting hazardsand incidents
Support a warm, home-like environment forresidents
About you
Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, orsimilar environments
Ability to work both independently and within ateam
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, with a genuine interest in supportingolder people
Good time management and organisational skills
Positive attitude and ability to build relationshipswith residents and colleagues
