About you:
n
n
You are an experienced healthcare professional with a passion for quality, safety and continuous improvement
n
You have high level communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal) being able to write reports, briefs and project plans Being able to effectively interact with and engage with a wide range of stakeholders
n
You bring expertise in clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement, together with the ability to lead change and influence practice across multidisciplinary teams
n
Researching, analysing and interpreting data (quantitative and qualitative) and formulating suitable change
strategies/solutions
using relevant data analysis tools
n
You have significant experience in a range of project management work and quality improvement activities involving both teamwork and individual effort to achieve significant outcomes
n
You can effectively manage competing work demands and ability to prioritise workload and meet set timelines
n
You are someone who values collaboration, innovation and continuous learning, and who is motivated by the opportunity to make a genuine difference to patient safety, quality outcomes and service excellence across the Women's and Children's Division

This is a single vacancy, with two possible appointment classifications. The successful applicants will be appointed in the position appropriate to their skills, qualifications, and experience.

Please note that this position is multi-classed as either an AHP4 or RN3 and classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.
