About the Role
Join our multidisciplinary team as a Podiatrist and make a meaningful difference to the health and wellbeing of the local community.
Working alongside experienced health professionals and community service providers, you'll deliver comprehensive podiatry care across prevention, early intervention, treatment and evaluation.
This is an opportunity to use your skills to provide person-centred care while contributing to positive health outcomes for the community.
What We're Looking For
Essential Criteria
Hold a recognised qualification in Podiatry and be eligible for full registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia, maintaining all requirements for current registration and professional practice.
Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, client-centred podiatry services, including comprehensive assessment and treatment, preventative care, health promotion, education and early intervention.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to coordinated and integrated care and building positive relationships with clients, colleagues and external service providers.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development, reflective practice and maintaining contemporary clinical knowledge and skills, including participation in relevant CPD activities.
Demonstrated organisational, communication and documentation skills, including the ability to manage and prioritise workload,
maintain accurate clinical records and use relevant information technology systems.
Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement, evidence-based practice, culturally safe and equitable service delivery, and contributing to the ongoing development and evaluation of Podiatry services.
Desired Criteria
Demonstrated clinical experience, problem-solving skills and ability to apply primary health care principles in a community setting.
Strong communication, teamwork and client-centred practice skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients, health professionals and service providers.
Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement, evaluation and continuous improvement of services.
