Your Day-to-Day Will Include
Managing your own section and delivering warm, attentive and knowledgeable service
Guiding guests through San Telmo's menu and confidently making food and beverage recommendations
Building rapport with guests and working closely with the wider team to deliver memorable, efficient service

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar role
within a busy restaurant
Strong sequence of service, food and beverage knowledge, with confidence managing your own section
Weekend availability
, with flexibility to work evenings and public holidays as required
