As the Partner, Performance & Reward, you'll help shape the frameworks and practices that influence how people are rewarded, recognised and supported to perform at Transgrid.
This is a broad and hands-on prospect spanning remuneration, performance, recognition, benefits and job architecture, where you'll turn strategy into practical solutions for a complex organisation.
Working closely with People & Culture, Finance and business leaders, you'll combine your technical expertise, commercial thinking and understanding of the market to deliver fair, consistent and effective reward and performance outcomes.
You'll also have the opportunity to identify better ways of working and help evolve our approach for the future.
What You'll Do
Deliver key remuneration and performance cycles, including governance, communications, training and stakeholder coordination
Support and improve remuneration, recognition, benefits and job architecture frameworks and processes
Use market data, benchmarking and insights to inform reward decisions and support senior stakeholders
Manage benefits programs, including vendors, renewals, governance and service delivery
Support job evaluation and organisational design through accurate application of job architecture frameworks
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve systems and strengthen the employee experience

What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience across Performance & Reward, remuneration and/or performance management
Strong knowledge of reward frameworks, benchmarking and job evaluation
Experience working with HR systems and data to generate meaningful insights
Strong project management, governance and stakeholder management capability
The ability to translate strategy into practical, high-quality delivery
A proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement
