Our opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and passionateEarly Childhood Teacherto join our Logan Reserve Centre. This is a unique opportunity to have a genuine opportunity to help us build out and deliver the kindergarten program.

Key Responsibilities: Running the Kindergarten Program
n
n
Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate curriculum and learning experiences for children.
n
Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
n
Build strong,



supportive relationships with children, families, and staff.
n
Observe and document children's progress, ensuring individualised learning plans are in place.
n
Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve the quality of our educational programs.
n
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
n
n
Qualifications and Skills:
n
n
Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent (ACECQA approved).
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
n
Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
n
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to nurturing a love of learning in children.
