Job Description
Lo & Co Interiors, a luxury architectural hardware brand, is seeking a Returns & Inventory Administration Coordinator at its Norwood head office. You will own the end-to-end returns process across sales channels, ensuring accurate stock and timely credit resolution.

In this role you will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance to authorise returns, create RMAs, manage stock movements, and process refunds in Shopify, Cin7, ReturnsGo and Xero.
