You will advise and assist staff to deliver care tailored to each resident's needs and preferences, reporting to the Care Manager.
RFBI is a long-standing not-for-profit provider delivering high-quality services across NSW and ACT.
This is a senior leadership role with strong clinical oversight, team supervision, and explicit opportunities for career development
