St John of God Horizon House is seeking a Youth Worker for the Horizon House Young Parents Program. You will support young people aged ***** who are homeless or at risk, focusing on safety, skill-building and independence in a strengths‐based, trauma‐informed framework.
The role is permanent part‐time with overnight shifts, requiring relationship‐based engagement, case planning, and collaboration with education and employment services.
