StudyAdelaide is a public corporation formed in **** to promote Adelaide as a destination for international students. We grow awareness and preference for Adelaide, support international students to feel welcomed and valued, and work with education providers, government and industry partners to strengthen South Australia's international education sector.

About the role
n
As Engagement and Partnerships Manager, you will lead StudyAdelaide's membership engagement and strengthen relationships across education, industry, government, employer and community partners. With one direct report, the role focuses on growing member value, supporting international student employability and using insights to shape practical programs and partnerships that support Adelaide's reputation as a student-focused and industry-connected study destination.

You will be responsible for:
n
Managing membership engagement, including onboarding, communications, events and other touchpoints across membership tiers.
n
Building strong relationships with members, employers, industry bodies and partners to identify opportunities for collaboration, student connection and program development.
n
Leading employability and industry engagement initiatives, including Job Shop, networking events, volunteering, regional exposure and other activities that connect students with employers and industry.
n
Using data, feedback and stakeholder insights to report outcomes, demonstrate member value and recommend continuous improvements.
n
Managing, mentoring and supporting direct reports,
while contributing to capability building and a positive team culture across the engagement and partnerships team.
n
Managing budgets, preparing reports and briefings, and contributing strategic advice on industry trends, opportunities and risks.
n
This is a full time role offered on a three year contract. Salary will be negotiated and aligned to skills and experience.

About you
n
You are a confident relationship builder who can work across multiple stakeholder groups and turn insight into practical action. You bring sound judgement, strong communication skills and a collaborative approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities, support direct reports, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to a positive, accountable team culture.
n
Experience in stakeholder relationship management, member engagement or business development.
n
Understanding of employability, workforce development, graduate outcomes or work-integrated learning would be highly regarded.
n
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with members, employers, partners and colleagues.
n
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data, feedback and stakeholder insights into practical improvements and clear reporting.
n
Experience managing budgets, projects, suppliers or contracts.
