VMCH operates a purpose-driven café in Bendigo and is seeking a Disability Support Worker with hospitality experience to help people with disability build job skills, confidence and independence.
The role focuses on guiding trainees in barista, food prep and customer service, to enable personal growth and employment readiness.
Shifts are casual Mon/Tue/Wed 8:00am–3:00pm, in a caring, inclusive café setting.
